When will my order be delivered?

In principle, an order (if in stock) will be delivered to your home within two working days. If the delivery time is unexpectedly longer, we will contact you about this. Your order will be delivered by PostNL, DHL, DPD, Fedex or UPS among others or our own delivery service (by appointment) depending on your country. Orders placed during the weekend (Friday after 14:00, Saturday, Sunday) or on holidays will be sent the next (weekday) working day.

If you have not received anything after 3 business days after receiving our shipping email, you can contact our customer service on telephone number +31 (0)88-8800088 or by email via klantenservice@wahl.shop. We will then start an investigation into your shipment4

Does Tondeuse Shop charge shipping costs?

Yes, Tondeuse Shop charges a one-time delivery fee of €7.85 incl. VAT for orders within the Netherlands. Above an order amount of €75,- incl. VAT, the shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands are waived.

Can I also pick up my order?

Tondeuse Shop does not have a physical location where you can pick up your order. However, you can pick up your order in the Netherlands at a pick-up point near you. Depending on the postal service.

What payment methods can I use?

Can I make an appointment for a delivery?

Can I return an order?
