Returns
You can simply exchange the product within 14 days. If you have any questions, please contact us within 14 days. However, the product must be in new condition. Used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The products must show no signs of wear and must be returned with the original (opened) packaging, except for cutting blades and attachment combs, including the seal and batteries, if reasonably possible. You are responsible for paying for returning the product. We will refund you the full purchase price, minus shipping costs, that you paid for the product.
